Appealing to the craft beer consumer, Spoken Barrel is the brand behind Cabernet Sauvignon and Meritage bottles that bear the tag, “Proudly Made in Washington.” Sourced from legacy vineyards in the state’s Columbia Valley AVA, Spoken Barrel was conceived with the craft drinker in mind. It targets those with a demonstrated interest in artisanal beer and heritage spirits—and the wherewithal to pursue their refined interests. Washington State proved to be an excellent match for this new label in terms of wine styles and mind-set.
