Despite being the recipient of Ireland's "Best Food & Wine Blog (2012)," "Best Photo Blog (2012)," "Best Blog of a Jounralist (2012)," and "Best Overall Blog (2012)," Wise Words husband and wife team, Chef Ron Wise and writer Mona Wise had yet to establish a brandmark that encompassed all that they do, while serving as a platform for possible future endeavors, and reflecting their passionate , lighthearted, and fun personalities.
TOMMYINK created a beautiful, timeless brandmark for their organization, and came up with the perfect tag line for them: Life Is Delicious. Their brand translates to everything they currently do, as well as any direction they may choose for their future. We suggested branded aprons, tea towels and notebooks in their assets portfolio. To incorporate their witty senses of humour, we created personalized tag lines for each of their business cards: Chef Ron Wise - The Fork Is Mightier Than The Pen, and writer Mona - The Pen is Mightier Than The Fork. We took the concept one step further, and included a pattern with a fork and a pen in their assets. This was a fun job to work on, dealing with people so passionate about what they do. We feel that passion was translated to their audience through their new look.
